Faith it until you make it

At times, our hearts yearn for the life that we desire to have.

Although they have yet to actualize, the dreams that God has placed in your heart are real, and are waiting on you to take action.

However, circumstance has a tendency of instilling fear in us.

Sometimes we develop the belief that we are unqualified and unworthy of the life that God has purposed for us…. and we doubt that our lives were created for such a moment like this.

So what should we do in those moments?….
The only things that you can do is “faith it until you make it.”

Make a decision to move forward, in the faith that God never fails to keep his promise.

He can and will lead you to where you need to be at that right time.

Ditch fear today, and instead go out and be who God created you to be.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 (ESV)

  1. Last night, I had cable installed for the first time since 2015. An hour later, I flipped from Jaws to John Gray on TBN since I’d never seen his show. It was called “Faithing Your Fears,” and he said he isn’t lisping like Mike Tyson, he wants people to faith it till they make it. Fifteen minutes in, my cable went out. I called the company and the guy checked my connection to both cable and Wi-Fi. He said both were shot, and the company won’t be able to send someone to fix them until Tuesday night. Clearly, the devil did not like Gray’s message.

      1. I’m not sure! But that message has come to me many ways since I lost my job 1-22. I’m supposed to be getting back into freelance writing, but I’m apprehensive for a lot of reasons — particularly since I became homeless for three and a half months. People don’t pay you and they know you can’t come after them. That produces a lot of fear!

      2. I pray that you will find yourself surrounded by the protection, provision, and presence of Jesus Christ. May no one cause you harm as you navigate through this season of life. May your heart be open to divine guidance as you trust in Him. May your testimony be one of victory. I pray this in Jesus’ mighty name.
