Something for you to think about…. 🤔💭💡

For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.

  1. So true. What aging and wisdom teaches us is that whatever we are going to do for God needs to be done TODAY — understanding “tomorrow” is not promised. I try to keep in mind this picture: standing before God at the Judgment Seat of Christ and Him saying to me: ‘Wanda, this is the abundance I wanted to give you, but I couldn’t because you weren’t willing to put your faith in action for the rest.’

  2. Concepts and feelings are so valued in American culture that we forget this Biblical truth, your actions really reveal what you believe in. Your actions don’t save you, but the do show what you care about.

    1. It is always hard for me when I witness people claiming to value kingdom principles and yet do nothing about them. There is a world in need of the grace and gospel of Jesus Christ. The only way the world will be reached is if we step beyond belief and choose to follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ.

  3. If we don’t live what we claim to be our values, we betray the fact that they’re not our values after all! Thanks for the challenging and thought provoking post.
