Welcome to day 3 of the “Finish Strong” Challenge. ๐ฅ
So far we have checked in to the challenge, we have stated our intention, come clear with our why, and today we need to come clean with where we are at in relation to our goal(s). ๐๐๐ฎ
Here’s your assignment for the day: ๐Watch the accompanying 1-minute video and then take 10-15 minutes to assess your goals and write down the following…. โ๏ธโฑ
1. Your current state of being in relation to the goal.
2. At least 3 habits, mindsets, or beliefs that have kept you from moving forward in this area of life.
Disclaimer: I recognize that this may be difficult for some of you. So, I want to affirm that I believe that you have the strength and power to do the work to get to where we need to be.
Go out and be all that God created you to be today.

I have made small progress but it is very slow and am at the point of rubber hit the road, no more excuses. **** or get off the pot so to speak. So I believe 1. I have in the past spent time on busy work that makes me feel like I am doing something but has little benefit. 2. I get sidetracked by my day job which has totally undervalued me because I have believed it was a good thing. 3. I struggle with driving and so I am worried about being forced to drive on freeways in unfamiliar areas to get to speaking gigs. I need to figure out uber or lift or find a friend to drive.

Way to be bold and honest with yourself my friend. Coming clear is the huge step in the right direction. How would life be different for you if you continued to step away from the things that have held you back?

I am trying to dedicate Fridays as a business day just for my ministry and Saturday as a study day. I am trying to limit what I do for my day job place to only specific office hours. It is easy to fall into doing stuff for the college people because it is familiar and the Friday business day is scary new stuff. I am also trying not to invest too much time in building a website that no one goes to just to feel like I am doing something. Thanks

We will be talking about prioritizing in a few days… It looks like you have a good start on that already. ๐
