Here’s your assignment for the day: 📚
Take 1-minute to watch the accompanying video, then take 10-15 minutes to do the following.
1. Take a moment to review the past three days hour by hour.
2. Write down each activity that you participated in.
3. Take a moment to analyze where you tend to invest your time.
- Identify which activities provide the space for you to be the “you” that you want to be.
- Identify which activities prevent you from being the best “you.”
4. Give yourself permission to stop your involvement in any activity that will distract you from accomplishing your goal(s).
