
Welcome to Day 7 of the “Finish Strong” challenge. 🔥
Goals that are not backed up by willingness are easily overcome by procrastination. It’s important to align your goals with your level of willingness. ⚖️
Here’s your assignment for the day. 📚
Take a 1-minute to view the accompanying video, then grab your notebook/journal and take 10-15 to do the following. ✍️⏱
1. Make a list of no less than 5 things that you are willing to do to reach your goals by 12/31/2019.
2. Make a list of no less than 5 things that you are no longer willing to experience for the remainder of 2019. 3. Review each item on your list, and rate your level of willingness for each of them. 1 being not willing and 10 being extremely willing. 4. Review each item and decide which 3 you will use to empower your journey to accomplish your goals this year.

This was an excellent reality check for me. I know I need to study but I’m unwilling to wake up earlier than scheduled to get it done first thing in the morning. I’m however willing to forego socialization time and get it done during the day or in the evening.

Having clarity about what we are willing and unwilling to do is huge. I encourage you to define a time that you are “willing” to study. Be intentional to make it happen. You got this my friend. 🙂
