Here’s your assignment for the day. 📚
Take a 1-minute to view the accompanying video, then grab your notebook/journal and take 10-15 to do the following. ✍️⏱
1. Think back about how you have dealt with difficulty in the past. Then list the people, activities, teachings, practices, or anything else that you have turned to for strength, comfort, and assurance.
2. Think about the goal that you are trying to achieve. Which people, activities, practices, or teaching can you turn to for support and assurance as you move forward.

I am going to get back to doing my morning prayers. I am not sure how or why I got out of the habit but I resolve to fix it. Thanks so much for these wonderful little encouragements! Peace and blessings to you on your journey.

That is great. For me, each morning starts with a cup of coffee, a gratitude journal, the bible, and prayer.
