Finish Strong- Day 24

Welcome to day 24 of the “Finish Strong” challenge. 🔥

Thoughts are not always accurate data. You can’t always believe what they tell you. You must learn to sort, sift, and bump some out of the way with a greater and more empowering thought.

Here’s your assignment for the day. 📚
Take a 1-minute to view the accompanying video, then grab your notebook/journal and take 10-15 to answer the following: ✍️⏱

  1. Think of an outcome that you are experiencing, but you aren’t satisfied with…. a) Identify your choices, action, and behavior that is leading to this outcome. b) Identify the feelings that you experience that are influencing the behaviors you listed in “a.” c) Identify the thoughts that you are having that lead to feelings in “a”. d) Identify the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are needed for the outcome that you desire to have, then identify one way to influence yourself to replace your negative thoughts with healthier ones.

In the comments below share what you learned from this exercise. 👇👇👇

Go out and be all that God created you to be today!!!!
