We all have problems.
It’s what we do about them that determines our outcome.
In the past, I lacked the ability to cope with my stressors.
I refused to acknowledge what I was feeling.
I didn’t set healthy boundaries around my time and personal space.
I refused to tell others that I was struggling with life.
… and I isolated instead of reaching out to others.
In hindsight, I can see that I was simply trying to survive.
However, instead I was digging my grave.
You don’t have to live life as a zombie.
- Breathe
- Give yourself permission to feel anything you need to feel.
- Protect your time, energy, and space with healthy boundaries.
- Share your struggles with a trustworthy friend.
- Find a tribe that will support your journey.
You got this bro!!!
