Thoughts on creating meaningful friendships….

This past weekend I had several conversation that sparked up some thought surrounding the topic of friendship. I'd like to share some thoughts that have come across my mind since then. Hope you enjoy it.

I came to know of PJ Morton during Kirk Franklin’s “The Rebel, the Soul, and the Saint tour”. Although he was the opening act for Ledisi and Kirk, I was quickly sold on his rich voice and his ability to work the keys like a church boy straddling the fence between the church and the world.

What I learned from an encounter with a man from the middle east

I pulled over to a side street when I heard the tire pop. Although I was still close to the main road, I wanted to be out of the way of traffic. Countless cars passed by without a care in the world. Where I’m originally from, we usually roll down the window and offer help, when we see someone stopped on the side of the road. That wasn’t the case in the city.
