More than a loud annoying Gong
It saddens me to say that I’ve seen people who participated in that very same event that I participated in, 25 years ago, pass judgment on people who are simply speaking up for their right to breathe.

Denying one’s self, the opportunity to work through the pain of a traumatic experience, will never produce a positive result.
The best thing that you can do for yourself is to commit to truly knowing yourself. It is in the “knowing” that you can make room for change.
Your transformation will most likely not look like your neighbor’s.
There is no “right” way to heal.
It happened….
