The best thing that you can do for yourself is to commit to truly knowing yourself. It is in the “knowing” that you can make room for change.

Your transformation will most likely not look like your neighbor’s.
There is no “right” way to heal.
It happened….
…. and it hurt…..
Nothing you can say or do can change the past.
Your emotions do not own you….

Try this strategy:
Hey bro! (Sometimes dysfunction feels like home)
As familiar as your mess might be, it is not your home.
Never get your past back
I’m leaving you with this thought to ponder today….
Hey bro! (People will inevitably abandon you)
What ever the case may be, what is important is that you resist the urge to abandon yourself.
