This week I had the opportunity to collaborate with some powerful coaches and influencers from the UK and AUS to bring awareness of men’s mental health.
We all have problems.
It’s what we do about them that determines our outcome.
The best thing that you can do for yourself is to commit to truly knowing yourself. It is in the “knowing” that you can make room for change.
Your transformation will most likely not look like your neighbor’s.
There is no “right” way to heal.
It happened….
