Who you are has nothing to do with your current circumstance.
–
Who you are is dependent on who you decided to be when you woke up this morning.
–
Who you are is a mindset… So before you move forward with your day, take a deep breathe and decide who you are going to be today. Then let no one or nothing distract you from that decision.
–
Go out and be who God has purposed in your heart to be.
Unapologetically yours,
John Eli Garay

I love this post and it is So True! I have to CHOOSE to be the person I want to be and not fall victim to my circumstances. That said, it is not always easy to choose the positive and see the positive when surrounded by difficult circumstances!

We can fall victim to our emotions, too. Emotions can lie, but we don’t have to let them define us or dictate what we say, do, focus on, believe, or choose. (I have to keep reminding myself of that.)
