Many of us become accustomed to the pain that we experience after a traumatic experience.
–
After time passes it is difficult to part from what you have come to experience as “normal.”
–
Nevertheless, in order for you to grow, you must learn to “let go.”
–
You must release your grip on your pain in order to heal.
–
It is my prayer that all will experience the freedom offered by the One who came to set the captive free.
–
It is my prayer that you will rise up and be who God created you to be today.

Unapologetically yours,
John Eli Garay

Amen! Like monkey bars, if you don’t let go of the previous bar and reach for the next, you’ll be stuck where you are. Amen to letting go.

Good reminder we need to let go of the pain or what causes the pain to let God into the situation. 🙂
