Welcome to day 29 of the “Finish Strong” challenge. 🔥
The practice of solitude and silence is necessary to tune into the sound and message of your heart, mind, and soul.
Here’s your assignment for the day. 📚 Take a 1-minute to view the accompanying video, then find a place where you can sit silence for 10-15 minutes and do the following: ✍️⏱
- Take a minute or two to do nothing but breathe. (Try breathing in through your nose for 4 counts, hold your breath for 4 counts, and exhale for 4 counts. Do this 3-4 times, then breathe naturally.)
- Tune in to the sound of your heartbeat and then answer the following questions. a) How are you feeling about your current goals? b) Are they aligned with who you were created to be? c) Have you honestly invested the time and energy to reach your goals by the end of the year? If not, what is holding you back? What is one thing that you can start doing today to get back on track?
