What ever the case may be, what is important is that you resist the urge to abandon yourself.
There are certain words that we never want to describe us.
Nevertheless, to prevent that from happening requires us to take action.
In the process, I fall and fail. Yet, I have made a decision to not stay down. I refuse to let the narrative of my trauma define me for the rest of my life.
….. and although I still carry the pain of life, the pain no longer paralyzes me. Instead it reminds me of my purpose.
It reminds me that God created me for much more than my circumstances…..
Little did I know that the dust that remained was exactly what I needed to shape and mold into the life that I live today.
For some reason, I created the belief that I had to pretend to be happy to protect the people that I loved.
I can guarantee you that you will encounter people who will not take the time to listen to your entire story.
Are you looking to create lasting change in your life?
If so, you need to tune into this today.
In this episode, I, a guest of Dr. Morgan Anderson, share the struggles that I encountered in marriage. I describe what I learned from marital separation and reconciliation.
