Love yourself
Instead of viewing myself as a living being who was perfectly designed in his mother’s womb, I saw myself as marred, disfigured, and un-worthy of love or compassion.
Understanding yourself
you will never understand your choices if you fail to understand yourself.
The average human will have anywhere between 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Out of these thoughts, 80% of them are negative, and 95% of them are repetitive thoughts.
Your happiness
To have a happy and healthy relationship with others, you have to be willing to take responsibility for your own personal growth while allowing others the space to experience their own growth too.
